The mind is a program that we run in our everyday lives. We are taught to think and be throughout our lives by parents, schooling systems, and our society in which we reside.
Re-train your mind with some simple mindfulness tools, such as meditation, breathwork, positive affirmations, neutrality, and energy awareness.
